Octo Health6
Octo Health is an AI health membership that builds a digital twin of your body while testing 100+ biomarkers and gives you personalized insights. We test you once a year, remember every result, and turn it into a plan you can act on.
Most of us only ever see our health in pieces: a blood test here, an appointment there, a PDF somewhere in an inbox. Octo Health puts all of it on one timeline, so a yearly blood test turns into a trend you can follow, and a long-term condition turns into a record you can bring to your next appointment. Year after year, it adds up.
Yes, if you have ever left an appointment with a result in your hand and no idea what to do with it. Octo Health is for anyone who wants their health to add up over time: people living with a long-term condition, people who test every year and want to see the trend, and people who want one place for everything. Aging should be your choice. Memberships are for adults: you must be 18 or over to join.
Your portal only holds what happened in that one hospital, and it stays there. Octo Health brings every hospital, every lab, your wearable, your symptoms and your medications together on one timeline, shows you how each result moves over time, and keeps all of it when you change doctor, city or country. A portal stores one chapter, and Octo Health keeps the whole story.
Organize your records, bloodwork, wearables and symptoms on one timeline. Test your baseline of 100+ biomarkers, follow your insights across 11 health categories, then improve, retest, and watch your insights update. Memory, created for you.
No. Octo Health is a wellness tool: it organizes your own health data, tracks it over time and explains what your results measure, so you walk into appointments prepared. It does not diagnose, does not recommend treatments, and does not replace your doctor.
Core and Plus5
Core is your records, organized and explained in one timeline, and the insights. Plus is Core, plus 100+ biomarkers tested every year, with personalized insights and the complete Octo Score. Core is available in the United States and in Europe. Plus is available in the United States today; in Europe, Plus is not open yet.
Unlimited health record storage, insights and recommendations, and a timeline view of your whole history. Daily routines, habits, and sharing with your doctor. Everything in it is yours.
Everything in Core, plus a blood test of 100+ biomarkers every year, from one draw. You also get personalized and advanced insights and the complete Octo Score. Plus is available now in the United States. In Europe, Plus is coming, and members hear first. See every marker at What we test.
In the United States, lab testing through Octo Health is available in every state except Rhode Island; New York and New Jersey may carry a different price. Everywhere else, upload the bloodwork you already have and it works the same way, on the same timeline. Members hear first as testing opens where you live.
You get a confirmation with your member number. You get access straight away.
The panel6
Book your blood test in the app: a short health intake goes to an independent licensed clinician, who decides whether to authorize your panel. Then choose a nearby lab, pick your date and time, and get your preparation instructions up front. Before your first order you review and accept two short documents, the Lab Testing Consent and the Lab Results Authorization, both on our Legal page. Once the ordering clinician has reviewed and released your results, they land on your timeline, shown against optimal ranges based on who you are, not averages. Improve, retest, and watch your insights update.
100+ biomarkers from one blood draw, covering 11 health categories, from Metabolic Health and Heart & Vascular to Brain Health and Stress & Energy. Every result comes with an explanation of what it measures and why it matters. See the full panel, marker by marker, at What we test.
Because one test only tells you where you are today. Testing every year shows you which way your markers are moving, and that is what you and your doctor can actually work with. Your ranges are based on who you are, not on averages.
No. Upload the bloodwork you already have and it lands on the same timeline, with the same insights. Nothing here requires a blood draw through Octo Health.
Normal means your result falls inside the range for the general population. Optimal is the range that fits you, based on your age, your sex and your history rather than averages. Octo Health shows both, because a result can be normal and still worth a conversation with your doctor.
Yes. Octo Health lines up units and reference ranges across labs, so a ferritin from one lab in 2019 and a ferritin from another lab this year sit on the same line. Your old results count, and your trend starts with your first upload.
Reading your results5
Right now, Insights covers a selected set of biomarkers, so some results from your lab test may not appear yet. We are actively expanding coverage, and more biomarkers will be added over time. Your full lab results are always available in your records, even if they are not yet shown in Insights.
A single number for where you stand, always shown with the reasons behind it and the area that deserves your attention. It is a wellness signal, not a diagnosis. The complete Octo Score is part of Plus.
From your own data: the biomarker results on your timeline, read across your health categories. Your wearable signals and check-ins add context and do not change the number. You always see what moved it, so the number never comes without the reasons. The complete Octo Score comes with Plus, where the yearly blood test feeds it.
Talk with Octo: coaching that knows your biology, your habits and your goals, and answers from your own record every time. It explains what a marker measures and what your pattern looks like. It never diagnoses and never replaces your doctor.
Keep the symptoms and results that matter for your condition in one view. Log how you feel with short check-ins and see how it changes over weeks and months, next to your labs and appointments. Over time you build a record you can bring to your doctor, instead of trying to remember.
Getting your history in5
Yes. Appointments, symptoms, medications, conditions and lab results on a single chronological timeline. Search it, filter it, and find what you need in seconds.
Not yet. You add your records yourself: take a photo of a page, drag in a PDF, or upload a whole folder at once, and it all lands on one searchable timeline. Automatic retrieval from connected providers in the United States is what comes next.
Hospital reports, lab PDFs, imaging reports, prescriptions, discharge summaries, photos of paper, and your wearable. All of it lands on one timeline you can search by any word, any year or any doctor.
Yes. Wearable data lands on the same timeline as your records, bloodwork and symptoms, so what you track every day sits next to what you test every year. We will release integrations over time.
Yes, sharing with your doctor is part of Core. You can share your history, your results and how each marker has moved, in order and with dates. Your appointment goes further when the whole picture is already on the table.
Membership and money5
It depends on where you are, Europe or the United States, and you see the exact price at checkout. One membership, and everything in Core is included.
Your record works wherever you are, because you are the one who puts everything in it. Blood testing through Octo Health opens in the United States first, in the states shown in the app, and elsewhere country by country. Members hear the dates first.
An annual membership renews automatically once a year, and you get a reminder before every renewal. If your renewal price is going to change, you get at least 30 days notice. A lifetime membership is paid once and never renews. You can cancel an annual membership anytime, and the next renewal simply does not happen.
No. Memberships are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
From your account, or by writing to members@hioctohealth.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your membership keeps running to the end of the period you already paid for.
Your data5
You do. Your record belongs to you, not to a device or a provider. You can export it or delete it whenever you want. That is the whole idea behind Octo Health, not a policy we added later.
We do not sell your personal information. Your health information is not shared with advertising partners: it is used to serve you inside the product, nothing else. If you accept advertising cookies on our website, our advertising partner records that a visit or a sign-up happened and the campaign that brought you, not anything from your record. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Notice.
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access to it is limited and audited, and you can export it whenever you want.
In the United States today, encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited and audited. Data from European members moves there under the safeguards European law provides for international transfers.
