Why we exist

Your body changes a little every year, but most of us only look closely once something already feels off.

Octo Health started with one simple belief: you should get to know your body while you still feel well. Today, a full picture of your health usually arrives late, and for many people it is out of reach. So we set out to change who gets to start early.

We want to build the world's largest proactive care platform, so anyone, anywhere, can start early.

All year, one timeline

Your whole health history in one place: lab results, medical exams, records, symptoms and habits, and soon data from your connected devices. Follow your progress, with guidance that changes as you do.
Whenever you want, with your doctor

Share everything with your doctor through access that expires, so you can make better-informed decisions together. Octo Health works alongside their care, never in place of it.

Octo Health is personal for Catarina. While fighting for an endometriosis diagnosis, she wanted a more proactive, functional approach to her health, and no tool made that possible. It meant many doctors, appointments, files and spreadsheets. So she built Octo Health, to make proactive care accessible to everyone and so nobody has to go through it alone.
