I give my explicit consent for Octo Health S.A. to process data concerning my health, including results of laboratory tests and medical examinations, clinical history, medication, symptoms, health-related habits and relevant family history, for the purposes of storing, organizing, presenting and creating a chronological history of my health information on the Octo Health platform. This processing is intended to allow me to consult and follow the evolution of my health data, and does not include making diagnoses, prescribing treatments or issuing individualized clinical recommendations. Not giving consent will prevent use of the platform.
The processing of this data is also assisted by artificial intelligence, as described in AI Data Processing.
